Buddy Athletics offers every athlete the chance to play sports locally. Each athlete will receive individualized attention to give them the best chance to enjoy a variety of sports as well as the activities that surround youth programs.

We offer the structure to play the sport as well as practice and learn from local coaches, athletes and professionals.

Our Programs:

Sports include: baseball, softball, distance running, weight training, balance and coordination therapy pickle ball and more!

Community events such as the Trenton Thunder, Franklin Institute, indoor training, social events and more!

Each event is designed so every athlete has an assigned buddy to assist as little or as much as needed to enjoy the sport and/or event as intended.
